Shipping Policy

How long delivery takes

Orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Our LED pieces are assembled and hand-wired to order at a partner workshop, which means production alone takes up to 14 days before an order is dispatched. International transit follows.

If you are buying for a specific date, order at least five weeks in advance. We cannot rush production or expedite transit once an order is placed, and we do not offer express shipping on made-to-order pieces.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the listed price for all orders within the United States.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the workshop. Tracking can take several days to begin updating after dispatch, and may go quiet for stretches while a parcel moves between carriers. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because production begins quickly, we can only change an address within 24 hours of an order being placed. We cannot replace a parcel free of charge if it was sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Delays, loss and damage

If your order has not arrived within 40 days of purchase, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking where possible and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
