Agreement

By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this store.

Product safety — please read

Our LED garments are battery-powered electronic products, not toys.

Not suitable for children under 14. They contain small parts and wiring.
Not waterproof. Do not wear in rain, pools, showers, or anywhere the wiring may get wet. Water damage is not covered.
Remove the battery pack before cleaning, and never machine wash or tumble dry.
Remove batteries if the garment will be stored for a long period.
Discontinue use immediately if you notice damaged wiring, exposed contacts, heat, or any burning smell.
Do not modify, rewire, or attempt to repair the LED circuitry.

Product descriptions and colour

We describe our products as accurately as we can. LED colours photograph differently than they appear in person, and screen calibration varies between devices, so the exact brightness and colour of the lights may differ from what you see online. Feather and appliqué placement is applied by hand and varies slightly between individual pieces. These variations are characteristic of the product and are not defects.

Sizing

Our sizing follows Asian standards and runs smaller than US equivalents. Size guidance is provided on each product page and we encourage you to contact us with measurements before ordering.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, imagery and branding, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events arising from shipping delays. Our stated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
